Director of Rehabilitation

At interface rehab, inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehabilitation therapy programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of physical, speech, and occupational therapy services in our long-term care, skilled nursing, and acute care facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance of the rehabilitation therapy staff and ensure compliance with professional and clinical competency standards, state and federal regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement business plans and budgets for the rehab department.
  • Lead and direct the work of others, including treating patients as needed.
  • Make independent decisions and think creatively to solve issues within the rehab department.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience and licensure as a Physical Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, or Occupational Therapist for the State of California; or
  • Previous experience and licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with at least 5 years of experience and past supervisory experience.

Salary Range: $50.00 to $58.00 per hour, dependent upon experience, schedule, and employee classification.
