We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Pheasant Wood Center in Peterborough, NH. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Job Summary

The Licensed Nursing Assistant - LNA works under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide specific direct and indirect patient and resident care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
  • Reporting changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
  • Participating in the care planning process.
