We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Pheasant Wood Center in Peterborough, NH. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Job Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented effectively.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, promoting seamless care delivery.
