As an Automotive Painter at Morgan Truck Body, you will be part of a dynamic team that produces high-quality truck bodies. In this role, you will be responsible for painting and preparing trucks to customer specifications.

Your responsibilities will include painting all types of trucks, including full bodies, chassis, cabs, trailers, and tractors. You will also operate various paint tools, such as cup guns, pressure pots, plural systems, and airless sprayers. Additionally, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints and work orders to ensure accurate painting.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have basic math skills and the ability to read blueprints. Experience with paint tools and techniques is also required. Additionally, you will need to be able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.

We offer a competitive salary range of $21-$25 per hour, depending on experience, with an additional $2 per hour on 2nd shift. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. You will also be eligible for a 401(k) savings plan with company match, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, and increasing vacation time with years of service.
