Position Title: Loss Prevention Specialist

Reporting To: Strategic Operations Manager

Role Summary

The Loss Prevention Specialist plays a crucial role in monitoring, documenting, and investigating variances in company inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily inventory counts, ensuring accuracy by comparing physical counts with system records while addressing any discrepancies.
  • Support the organization during comprehensive physical inventory audits as required.
  • Utilize company software and applications effectively, including VIP, email, and Excel.
  • Accurately identify and document close-coded products within the company's accounting systems.
  • Possess knowledge of supplier-specific code dating for effective inventory management.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills.
