Join Our Team as a Head of Central Physiotherapy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to lead our Central Physiotherapy Department at the University Hospital Düsseldorf (UKD). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the department, exercising professional and administrative supervision, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the central physiotherapy department, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Exercise professional and administrative supervision, guiding and supporting staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Plan and coordinate staff deployment, training, and vacations to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Create and manage work schedules, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing disruptions.
  • Collaborate with other therapeutic professions and the physiotherapy school to promote interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Serve as a contact person for organizational issues, providing expert guidance and support to staff and patients.
