- Uphold a safe working environment in line with corporate policies and OSHA regulations.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
Additional Duties:
- Keep the workspace clean and organized.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
Language Proficiency:
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and respond to inquiries from manufacturing staff. Proficient in writing reports and effectively communicating with management and peers.
Mathematical Skills:
Capable of applying mathematical concepts such as ratios, percentages, and basic geometry to practical scenarios.
Reasoning Skills:
Able to apply logical thinking to a variety of problems and interpret nonverbal symbols.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires frequent walking, standing, and the ability to lift weights up to 25 pounds continuously, and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with assistance when necessary. Vision capabilities must include the ability to adjust focus and perceive depth and color.
Computer Skills:
Basic proficiency in personal computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
