Key Responsibilities:As a Shift Leader, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our mission of delivering an exceptional pizza experience.
- Oversee order delivery to ensure timeliness and accuracy while providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare vehicles for delivery and familiarize yourself with delivery routes.
- Ensure all orders meet quality standards and adhere to delivery protocols.
- Assist with various tasks such as ingredient preparation and order taking.
- Process order documentation and payment transactions accurately.
- Support sales initiatives by promoting special offers and distributing marketing materials.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with current automobile insurance and a clean driving record is required.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. is necessary.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts is essential.
