Job Summary

Paradigm Precision, a leading manufacturer of complex fabrication and precision machined components, seeks a skilled Welder II to join its team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components using various welding techniques and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal components based on job specifications.
  • Set up and maintain welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine specific welding requirements.
  • Check welds visually and dimensionally to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Responsible for the manufacture and maintenance of component parts and fixtures.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality control measures.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with various metals, including exotic metals.
  • Trade-qualified with recognized apprenticeship.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak standard English.
  • Working knowledge of shop geometry and trigonometry.
  • Professional welding certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of welding experience.
