Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Analyst to join our growing Commercial Operations team. This dynamic, client-facing role will play a significant role in supporting all facets of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the business development team, clients, and internal SMEs to develop study designs and associated price quotations.
  • Work with the Client Services team to reach departmental goals.
  • Manage data across multiple software systems, including NetSuite, Salesforce, Microsoft Project, and PowerBI.
  • Assist with data reporting for executive team members.
  • Create and manage study design templates.
  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Act as an internal and external client liaison.
  • Lead qualification as needed.
Requirements
  • BS/BA degree or higher in a business management or scientific field.
  • Minimum 5 years of scientific experience in pre-clinical/clinical/research.
  • Experience developing price quotes is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external clients.
