Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at Restech Plastic Molding, a leading manufacturer in the plastic injection molding industry.

This role requires strong leadership abilities and practical experience in quality control methodologies specific to plastic injection molding.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of our production processes, products, and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols tailored to the plastic injection molding processes.
  • Conduct regular inspections of production lines, equipment, and finished products to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a quality engineering role within the plastic injection molding industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the plastic injection molding industry.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year.
