Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily audits and postings of Business Reports from the vehicle rental management system into the general ledger.
- Engage with various locations to verify deposits and handle coupon transactions.
- Process daily credit card submissions for payments, incorporating necessary adjustments.
- Record revenue for One Way Truck rentals, ensuring all contracts and adjustments are accurately entered.
- Address chargeback inquiries by providing required documentation and responding within stipulated deadlines.
- Submit Budget Credit Cards and assorted vouchers for payment processing.
- Complete a comprehensive month-end checklist, which includes preparing financial reports, reconciling account balances with the general ledger, and making necessary ledger entries.
- Stay informed and comply with all company policies, procedures, and training updates.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by assisting colleagues and other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in 10-key data entry with high accuracy.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Positive demeanor and experience in a team-oriented setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
