Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Ensure prompt and courteous service to our guests, exceeding their expectations and building a loyal customer base.
  • Manage Reservations and Seating: Effectively manage reservations, seating, and table assignments to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
  • Assist Servers and Team Members: Provide support to servers and team members as needed, ensuring a cohesive and efficient service experience.
  • Maintain a Clean and Presentable Environment: Ensure the dining area is clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times, adhering to high standards of hospitality.
  • Perform Opening and Closing Duties: Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining area, to ensure a smooth operation.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of host experience in a high-volume restaurant operation, preferably in a similar hospitality environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer systems, including reservation management software, and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required.
