Responsibilities
  • Greet Guests with a Warm Smile
  • Work with the host and management team to orchestrate smooth service using the reservation/floor mapping system (Resy)
  • Seat guests at designated tables, answer any questions they have
  • Assist with clearing and resetting tables and running food
  • Answer phone, assist with take out orders, and confirm future reservations
  • Retain basic knowledge of food and beverage menus offered
Requirements
  • Previous hosting experience of 2 years
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Organized, quick thinking, and adept at multitasking
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and high energy level
  • Ability to maintain focus and upbeat demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to work as a team to cultivate the best possible guest experience
