Work Schedule: Three 24-hour shifts per week, totaling 72 hours.

Company Overview: City Ambulance Service is a rapidly growing organization with multiple operational locations. We are currently expanding our team of Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) in the Houston area and its surroundings. We seek experienced, dedicated, and motivated EMTs who can deliver the high standard of patient care that our community expects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to both emergency and non-emergency transport requests.
  • Evaluate patients' conditions and determine appropriate treatment in accordance with local protocols.
  • Administer first aid and advanced life support as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with patients regarding procedures and relay necessary information to team members.
  • Safely transport patients in an ambulance.
  • Facilitate patient transfers to hospitals or other healthcare facilities.
  • Document observations and treatments accurately for healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain inventory and cleanliness of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of crew quarters, ambulances, and station facilities on a daily basis.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to sit, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. from ground to waist level.
  • Strong coordination skills in high-pressure situations.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Adaptability to changing tasks and directions.
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in Emergency Medical Services.

Compensation Package:
  • Annual Salary: $67,500.
  • Weekly Required Hours: 72.
