Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Texas Certified Nurse Assistant certification.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Preferred experience in personal care within a long-term care setting.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- Genuine compassion for the care of elderly individuals and those with disabilities.
