Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team at our state-of-the-art facility in West Frisco, TX. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for implementing our system to achieve store profitability goals, developing and implementing local marketing activities, recruiting and training local employees, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Operations: Implement our system to achieve store profitability goals, manage all aspects of location operations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement local marketing activities to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.
- Employee Management: Recruit, hire, and train local employees, and manage their performance to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, and follow up with customers after repairs are completed to ensure satisfaction.
- Web Presence: Manage our web portal and online presence to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in automotive repair, preferably in Fixed Operations and/or Service Management.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong customer service focus, ability to effectively lead and manage service manager/writer and automotive technicians, solid track record in automotive repair estimating and repair order generation, and significant experience in KPI reporting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements
- Physical Demands: Ability to be on your feet for the majority of the workday, occasionally lift and carry objects over 50 lbs, drive manual transmission vehicles, and maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment.
