Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and direct the work of pharmacy staff, providing guidance and training to ensure quality patient care and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with hospital administration and other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in pharmacy practice, ensuring our team is equipped to provide the best possible care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other healthcare professionals to promote effective drug therapy and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
  • Master of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D preferred.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in pharmacy leadership required.
  • Ten years of experience in pharmacy practice preferred.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical preparation and practices.
  • Licensed Pharmacist listed by the State Board of Pharmacy.
  • Two years' experience as a pharmacist.
  • Minimum one year management experience.
