Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and direct the work of pharmacy staff, providing guidance and training to ensure quality patient care and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with hospital administration and other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in pharmacy practice, ensuring our team is equipped to provide the best possible care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with other healthcare professionals to promote effective drug therapy and improve patient outcomes.
- Advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
- Master of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D preferred.
- At least three (3) years of experience in pharmacy leadership required.
- Ten years of experience in pharmacy practice preferred.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical preparation and practices.
- Licensed Pharmacist listed by the State Board of Pharmacy.
- Two years' experience as a pharmacist.
- Minimum one year management experience.
