Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time litigation attorney with over 5 years of experience in civil litigation, including:

• Formulating and implementing case strategies
• Conducting legal research
• Drafting and responding to legal pleadings
• Preparing and answering discovery requests
• Creating motions and legal briefs
• Managing mediations
• Taking and defending depositions
• Representing clients in court hearings, including trials
• Providing case updates to the managing attorney and clients

This role offers a hybrid work environment. Attendance at all in-person proceedings, such as depositions, mediations, and court hearings, is required. However, you may choose to complete your office tasks either in the office or remotely, provided you have an appropriate home office setup.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary:

o $100,000 - $150,000, commensurate with relevant experience and minimum billable hours, along with opportunities for fee sharing.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

• A degree from an accredited law school
• A valid license to practice law in North Carolina
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
• Strong organizational capabilities
• The ability to prioritize project demands effectively
• Excellent communication skills
