Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and updating CRM systems.
  • Create and develop sales assets, including presentations, case studies, and proposal templates.
  • Identify, prospect, and build relationships with healthcare organizations, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of Stepful's programs.
  • Attend industry conferences, customer meetings, and regional events to build a local presence with our current and prospective customers.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales roles, preferably in the healthcare, education, or technology sectors.
  • Experience managing enterprise sales cycles, for deals ranging from $100k to $1M.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, preferably in the provider space.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with a solid understanding of sales analytics and performance metrics.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and creating impact in the healthcare workforce landscape.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, equity package, 401k, and health insurance. Our base salary range is $100K - $120K, with a sales commission plan. We also offer 0.06% - 0.10% equity.
