Youth Soccer Coaching Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coaching and Staffing Manager to lead and manage our coaching team at Super Soccer Stars. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of our coaches, ensuring the highest quality of instruction and program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Coach Recruitment and Development: Identify, screen, interview, and onboard new coaches to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Team Leadership: Act as an ambassador for the program, mentoring and guiding the coaching team to achieve our goals.
- Staff Supervision and Evaluation: Supervise and evaluate educators and coaches through regular written reviews to ensure program quality and excellence.
- Training and Development: Create, implement, and lead a comprehensive staff training program to enhance coaching skills and knowledge.
- Logistics and Operations: Oversee equipment distribution, maintain inventory, and ensure all coaches have required clearances and certifications.
- Communication and Feedback: Liaise with parents and locations to gather feedback on staff performance and program content.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of coaching staff to ensure classes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Coaching Role: Step into a coaching role as needed to cover absences or lead demonstrations.
- Availability: Must be available to work in person, with required availability on Saturdays and Sundays 7:30 - 4:30pm.
- Experience: Experience in a supervisory position, preferably in a sports or educational setting.
- Staff Management: Experience managing and developing staff, with a strong understanding of curriculum implementation.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively with parents, children, and staff.
- Reliability: Reliable transportation to and from class locations across the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Soccer Experience: Experience in soccer coaching or a related field.
- Early Childhood Education: Background in early childhood education or child development.
- Training and Development: Aptitude for preparing and delivering training to groups.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Familiarity with staffing and scheduling systems.
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management and communication platforms.
