Job Summary

The Field Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations on industrial equipment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Disassemble and reassemble equipment for repair or transportation.
  • Construct and install equipment such as shafting, conveyors, and tram rails.
  • Determine which machines, techniques, and tools to use when moving equipment and completing jobs.
  • Use rigging equipment and cranes to position and secure large metal pieces.
  • Use calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure precise measurements.
  • Work with a range of hand tools, including measuring tools, welding, and brazing equipment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • TIG Welding experience in an industrial setting.
  • OSHA 10/30 Training or Certification.
  • Professional experience as a Millwright and/or completion of an accredited millwright training program.
  • Pipefitting experience in an industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of industry standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
