As an Automotive Customer Relations Representative at Chilton Auto Body Inc, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences throughout the vehicle repair process.
Key Responsibilities:- Review with customers the repair process, including explaining collision repair procedures, insurance claims information, and payment procedures
- Complete vehicle intake processes, including mapping damage, photographing vehicles, and documenting work files according to company standards
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as collecting payments, updating rentals management portals, supporting location managers with expense documentation, and conducting Accounts Receivable follow-up
- Attend assigned role-based training through Collision University and other necessary internal and business partner-supported training
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably with CCC One knowledge
- Effective communication, time management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared objectives
- Valid drivers' license required
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Willing and able to pass a thorough background check
Estimated salary: $23.00 per hour, based on experience
