Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to lead sales efforts for our Energy Efficiency (EE) retrofit services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and account management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing long-term relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other means.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to grow sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
Work collaboratively with ICAST teams to develop proposals and deliver EE solutions to clients.
Closing contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project progress in Salesforce CRM.
Report on sales performance metrics and provide insights for process improvement.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in account management or B2B sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in EE retrofits for residential structures, particularly multifamily properties.
* Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems.
* Proficiency in M365 (MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Benefits
