Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service to commercial customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Drive a delivery vehicle to transport auto parts to commercial customers, loading and unloading parts as needed.
- Pick up returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors, maintaining a safe and efficient process.
- Assist DIY customers in the store between deliveries, providing expert knowledge and support.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols, including PPE requirements.
- Handle cash and charge transactions per company policy, maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain product knowledge and current promotions through AutoZone systems and information resources.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license, meeting AutoZone's driver requirements.
- Ability to lift and deliver merchandise, ensuring a safe and efficient process.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including holidays, weekends, and evenings.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
