**Job Summary**
Aerotek is seeking a skilled Medical Device Production Specialist to join our team in Carlsbad, California. As a Medical Device Production Specialist, you will be responsible for manufacturing medical devices, including catheter assembly under a microscope, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manufacture medical devices, including catheter assembly under a microscope
- Follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Successfully complete training on production tasks
- Understand travelers/routers, materials, and production/inspection tools and equipment
- Operate tools and equipment, and complete documentation as required
- Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection
- Collaborate with Engineers to develop process documentation
- Perform inventory counts and other duties as assigned
**Requirements:**
- Microscope assembly experience
- Catheter assembly experience
- Inspection experience
- Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong communication skills
