The Registered Nurse - Acute RN role at DaVita is an exciting opportunity for nursing professionals to make a meaningful impact in the lives of critically ill patients.

About the Job

This position involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in an acute hospital setting. As an Acute RN, you will work autonomously with hospital staff to assess and manage the care of critically ill patients. You will be involved in various renal therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and managing the care of critically ill patients
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as an Acute RN at DaVita, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Experience in critical care or nephrology nursing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions
