As a Clinic Director/Partner, you will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations, leading by example by carrying a caseload and creating individualized care plans for each client. You will also market to local referral sources and community to grow the business, utilize patient-centered metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and clinical efficiency, and manage schedule and payroll.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000-100,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development. Our team is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and is committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and a positive work environment
