About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Psychiatric Stabilization Unit. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive services, including therapy, discharge planning, and case management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient medical records to identify treatment plans and actual/potential discharge needs.
  • Identify, screen, and assess patients, families, and/or significant others who require therapy/social work services.
  • Integrate social work plans into overall patient care plans through interdisciplinary team collaboration.
  • Provide patient, family, and significant other education and emotional support using individual, family, and group modalities.
  • Crisis intervention, therapeutic support, and coping skills on adjustment to illness/disability.
  • Identify physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs and incorporate them into the plan of care.
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified professional with a Masters degree in Social Work or a related field. Three years of clinical experience is preferred. Current Montana license as a Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
