We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our team in delivering complex control systems for nuclear and conventional power generation facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, electrical systems, and nuclear industry experience.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this role is $172,500 - $206,500 per year, with a base salary of $150,000 - $175,000 and a target bonus of 15% ($22,500 - $31,500). Job Summary: As a Project Director, you will be responsible for directing cross-functional teams focused on delivery of Control Systems for both nuclear and conventional power generation facilities/customers. These complex projects include design, manufacturing, testing, installation, and commissioning. Products include Distributed Control Systems, PLCs, and Excitation (SEE/SFC) systems. Equipment to be controlled includes Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, HRSGs, and Generators.

Duties and Responsibilities: Define and track scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and deliverables. Delegate tasks and effectively communicate and manage expectations to team members. Report project financial status regularly to senior management. Assist with proposals and generate change order requests. Select and procure the services of Electrical Contractors for installation of equipment.

Requirements: A BS/BA degree with 8+ years of successful PM experience with complex control/instrumentation/electrical systems projects. Nuclear Project Management experience in the US or Canada. Experience managing electrical contractors and project engineering teams. Strong financial, budget tracking, controlling, leadership, written communication, and presentation skills.
