Electrical Project Manager
Position Overview
The Electrical Project Manager will oversee and coordinate electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet specifications, timelines, and budget requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and project management methodologies to drive successful project outcomes in both industrial and commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and implementation of electrical projects.
  • Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to schedules and financial limits.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Manage project documentation using tools like Bluebeam, Procore, and PlanGrid.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project progress and address any issues.
  • Prepare and approve invoices and manage budget tracking processes.
  • Create and manage punchlists to ensure all project aspects are completed to specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout project execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in construction or industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Bluebeam, Procore, and PlanGrid.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial approvals, including invoice processing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with tilt wall construction, pump rooms, and fire pumps is a plus.
