About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance employee to join our team at TransPak. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for providing overall support and maintenance while ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including light painting and repairs, to ensure the efficient operation of our equipment.
  • Support the production process by maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces.
  • Address and report all equipment defects or maintenance needs to maintain safe and efficient use.
  • Work together with other team members to accomplish tasks safely in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision while meeting production schedules.
  • Cross-train others to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures while handling saws and other tools.
  • Hepatitis B Vaccine.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to effectively exchange information with stakeholders.
  • Manage interactions to provide service and to support the organization.
