About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Dietary Manager to join our team at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. as a Food Service Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the food service program to meet food quality standards and safety guidelines, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the food service program to meet food quality standards and safety guidelines
  • Maintain records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment
  • Train and supervise staff to meet HCSG standards
  • Communicate effectively with client managers, building occupants, and administrators
  • Ensure the safe and proper mixing and use of cleaning solutions
  • Follow infection control and universal precautions policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and resident experience
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Utilize leadership skills to accomplish responsibilities without supervision
  • Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality
  • Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition
  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) course participant or certification
  • Two years of experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports
