What would you do as a Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor
As a Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor at the Y, your day-to-day experience will be as dynamic as the classes you'll lead You'll start by preparing the Pilates studio, ensuring the reformers and equipment are in top-notch condition. Get ready to greet participants with your warm, friendly energy, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the get-go.
During classes, expect to demonstrate proper techniques, provide personalized instruction, and motivate participants to achieve their fitness goals-all while infusing fun and enthusiasm into every session After classes, you'll take time to engage with participants, gather feedback, and adjust class plans accordingly. You'll also collaborate with fellow instructors and staff, fostering a sense of community and teamwork.
