Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at National Board for Certified Counselors Inc. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Answering Incoming Calls: Respond to incoming calls and provide support to applicants and credential holders in accordance with our policies, processes, and procedures.
- Issue Resolution: Gather information from applicants and credential holders to assist in determining the cause of any issues and expedite solutions where needed.
- Call Transfers: Transfer calls to appropriate team members as necessary, providing all relevant information and a brief summary of the issue.
- Call Closure: Close calls by summarizing all action taken and confirming any follow-up needed for resolution.
- Email Support: Respond to incoming emails within 48 hours, or transfer to appropriate team members as necessary.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Two years' related experience required, or equivalent education and experience.
- Education: Associate degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school preferred.
- Microsoft Office Products: Familiarity with Microsoft Office products is required.
- Hybrid: A minimum of 2 days per week in the office is required.
