Client Care Representative

Alpine Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Care Representative to join our team. As a Client Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all who visit our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner, making them feel welcome and valued.
  • Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls accordingly, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Maximize clinic productivity by properly scheduling and confirming appointments, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow.
  • Prepare, record, and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Keep the hospital facility clean, organized, and disinfected, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff.
  • Process payments and deposits from clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
  • Utilize computer systems, including email applications, chat support, and veterinary programs, to efficiently manage client interactions and hospital operations.
  • Educate clients on veterinary services and care, providing them with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their pets' health.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or in a related role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of veterinary procedures, terminology, medications, vaccinations, and other products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including email applications and veterinary programs.
