Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist

Kohler is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing supply chain strategies to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain supply plans to meet customer demands, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform supply chain decisions, leveraging advanced analytics and technology to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on planning and optimization.
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through supply chain improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
