As a Supply Chain Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of managing critical operations like supplier negotiations, inventory management, cost effectiveness and ensuring efficiency. You will also play a critical part in overseeing production and distribution planning, ensuring we meet customer demands while maintaining optimal safety stock levels.

What the Role Entails

The following are detailed performance objectives for the Supply Chain Supervisor. When measuring overall aptitude and cultural fit, all candidates will be benchmarked using these standards.

Performance Objectives:

90 Days:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Galactic’s systems and business operations.

• Take full ownership of inventory management and supply chain processes to ensure efficient workflows.

• Create forecast communication process with all entities.

180 Days:

• Propose and implement improvement recommendations for existing supply chain systems.

• Assume responsibility for forecasting and demonstrate the ability to negotiate with vendors to control costs and optimize supply efficiency.

• Develop comprehensive analytical reports to drive decision making.

365 Days:

• Become fully integrate into the business, managing all aspects of the supply chain with confidence and driving continuous improvement across the department.
