This role involves working on the assembly, testing, and firmware development of our state-of-the-art wastewater ultrasonic meters.

Position Summary

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This position also includes customer interaction for troubleshooting and providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assemble and evaluate wastewater meters, ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks.
  2. Manage inventory of components and finished products utilizing Fishbowl Software.
  3. Develop and implement firmware solutions in Assembly and C++ for our wastewater meters, focusing on reliability and precision.
  4. Diagnose and resolve hardware and firmware issues encountered by customers.
  5. Collaborate with various teams to innovate and enhance product functionalities.
  6. Document assembly procedures, schematics, testing methods, and firmware development comprehensively.
  7. Design and execute IoT cellular communication solutions tailored for meter applications.
  8. Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations pertaining to water quality monitoring instruments.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in firmware development using Assembly and C++.
  3. Practical experience in electronics assembly and testing, including soldering and circuit testing.
  4. Familiarity with water treatment processes and wastewater management is advantageous.
  5. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  6. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  7. Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Skills
  1. Experience with embedded systems and microcontroller programming.
  2. Knowledge of sensor integration and calibration techniques.
  3. Proficiency in using electronic testing tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
  4. Understanding of various communication protocols (e.g., Serial, IoT).
