Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our medical team to provide exceptional service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Physicians and Medical Staff: Collaborate with our medical team to provide patient assessments, examinations, and treatments.
  • Document Patient Care: Accurately document patient care observations and activities in accordance with professional standards and procedures.
  • Patient Education: Educate and explain procedures to patients and their families, assisting them in coping with illnesses.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications and injections to patients as directed by our medical staff.
  • Emergency Response: Assist in emergency situations under the direction of our medical team.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality regarding patient and business functions of the center.
  • Basic Medical Procedures: Perform basic medical procedures, such as lab draws, dressing changes, and immunizations, under the supervision of our medical staff.
Requirements
  • Valid Pennsylvania LPN License: Possess a valid Pennsylvania LPN license.
  • Bilingual Skills: Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to relate appropriately to, communicate effectively with, and develop trusting relationships with diverse patient populations and staff.
  • Nursing Knowledge: Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in medical practice.
