Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations and interactive activities that meet the needs of our students.
  • Work closely with our team to develop and refine educational content.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to ensure that our content meets the needs of our students.
  • Travel to various schools and educational settings to deliver presentations and interact with students.
  • Utilize online systems to manage school information and make travel arrangements.
  • Fill out reports and evaluations of schools and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Some type of teaching or performance experience is required.
  • Strong social, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
  • A reliable standard size car that will hold all equipment is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license and a safe living area with room to store equipment are required.
  • Able to pass a DOJ background check.

About You:

  • Passion for educating and performing on a full-time basis.
  • Ability to work in a changing environment each day and to uphold Company policies with customers.
  • Be in good physical, mental, and emotional health.
  • Ability to 'go with the flow' and be flexible when schools aren't prepared adequately.
  • Problem solver with ability to work independently while upholding Company policies and procedures.
  • Enthusiastic with the ability to make a day fun for students no matter the stress of traffic or grumpy adults.
  • Ability to manage difficult students in an encouraging way.
