Shelby Medical Center is seeking a skilled Geriatric Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
Responsibilities:
- Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing
Requirements:
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
- Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
Certifications:
- Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by law, regulation in the state of practice or policy
- CPR certification
