Clinical Care Director

As a Registered Nurse at Prisma Health, you will play a vital role in providing clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting. Your expertise will foster patient/family centered care, ensuring that every individual receives the highest level of attention and compassion.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized plans of care, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Provide direct care to assigned patients, delegating tasks as necessary to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Monitor quality of care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring that every individual's needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory agency requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and protocols.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
- One year of experience as a registered nurse; or successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
