Timecards Specialist

Position Summary

The Judge Group is actively seeking a Timecard Specialist to join our Administration Team in Wayne, PA. Judge takes pride in having a very upbeat and pleasant working environment. Excellent Customer Service is our number one priority

Responsibilities

• Navigate successfully through Client Vender Management websites

• Maintain multiple Excel spreadsheets for tracking Client information

• Assist in invoice adjustments to correct inaccuracies in hourly rates, hours, etc.

• Assists in gathering information and preparing written responses for Client/internal requests

• Data entry including entering billing information into Judge’s systems and uploading paperwork

• Implementation in streamlining processes to minimize or eliminate internal errors

• Manages, organizes and prioritizes e-mail and phone correspondence

• Assist other Account Department members in various tasks

• Build list of topics discussed in weekly account collaboration calls to send to all as follow up

• Maintaining assigned divisions and address any inconsistencies

• Process Client invoicing weekly

Qualifications

• Experience with Customer Service

• Must be onsite 5 days a week • Ability to multitask

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, telephone and written

• Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel

• Strong people skills and the ability to work effectively with peers, staff

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage deadlines

• Must possess excellent judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Works well in a team environment
