Job Summary:

Endeavor Health is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, and education.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • IL license
  • BLS required, must obtain ACLS within 24 months of employment
  • 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, graduate from a national accredited Respiratory Therapy program

Benefits:

  • Starting at $31.35/hr, increasing with experience
  • Eligible for shift differential, evenings/nights/weekends
  • Potential tuition reimbursement
  • Potential sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for eligible candidates

Work Environment:

Full-time position, 36 hours per week, in-person work location.
