  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex business concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Use Case Writing: Experience in writing effective use cases, understanding system interactions, and articulating business rules and data within each use case.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with JIRA, certification in business analysis, and experience with payments systems and/or transportation systems.
