HomeSmiles Birmingham specializes in a range of essential maintenance services, including gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, window washing, and power washing. Our 18-point maintenance strategy is designed to safeguard our clients and their investments from hazardous conditions and unforeseen repairs.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to service dispatch requests.
  • Engage with clients to discuss scheduled maintenance services.
  • Ensure clients acknowledge and sign the Terms and Conditions prior to commencing work.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on-site.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of equipment in the service vehicle.
  • Create detailed post-service reports using a mobile device.
  • Please note that technicians are not authorized to modify or repair client property.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient handyman skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to a flexible work schedule.
  • Strong time management abilities.
