Logistics & Production Instructor Job Overview:

Position Overview:
This role entails delivering educational content to adult learners in the fields of logistics, supply chain management, biotechnology, and advanced manufacturing. The Logistics & Production Instructor will be tasked with creating and implementing non-degree programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver educational sessions in Logistics, Manufacturing Technology, or Biotechnology Systems & Maintenance
  • Engage in training for industry-recognized certifications
  • Foster collaborative relationships within the Workforce Development initiative
  • Incorporate technology into instructional methodologies
  • Align educational outcomes with teaching and evaluation
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in the field
  • Maintain accurate program documentation
  • Provide suggestions for program enhancement
  • Contribute to curriculum design
  • Attend Workforce Development team discussions
  • Comply with all applicable regulations
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience or a related academic qualification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possession of industry certifications
  • Familiarity with manufacturing technologies
  • Experience in teaching or training adult learners
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Knowledge of learning management systems
  • Background in higher education
  • Capability to work autonomously
