Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Tishco Properties, LLC. As a key member of our senior living community, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service operations, including menu planning, food safety, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of culinary professionals to ensure exceptional food quality and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding food safety and sanitation.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies to maintain efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with our Executive Director to ensure seamless kitchen operations and personnel management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
  3. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
