This role requires collaboration across multiple functional teams to create innovative concepts, strategic plans, detailed construction documents, and comprehensive engineering reports.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver, adept at navigating technical challenges and implementing practical solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in building infrastructure and/or energy efficiency initiatives (consulting) is essential.
- Expertise in Building Power Distribution and Lighting is required.
- A valid NY Professional Engineering (PE) license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and coordinating detailed project phases.
